Giveaway Rules

Last updated: August 24, 2026

sweeply is a tool that lets organizers run their own giveaways. Each giveaway's actual prize, eligibility, and rules are set entirely by its organizer - sweeply does not sponsor, administer, or guarantee any individual giveaway.

1. Organizer responsibility

The organizer running a giveaway through sweeply is solely responsible for defining eligibility requirements, prize fulfillment, and complying with applicable laws (including any sweepstakes/lottery registration requirements in their jurisdiction).

2. General eligibility

Unless an organizer's specific giveaway states otherwise, entrants are typically expected to: follow the rules posted with the giveaway post, be old enough to participate under local law, and not be an employee or immediate family member of the organizer.

3. Winner selection

Winners are selected using a cryptographically secure random draw from eligible entries (public commenters on the specified Instagram post/reel) at the winner count the organizer chose. sweeply does not manually pick or influence winners.

4. Prize fulfillment

Prize delivery is between the organizer and the winner. sweeply is not responsible for prizes not being delivered, disputes over prize eligibility, or an organizer's failure to fulfil a prize.

5. Disputes

Any dispute about a specific giveaway should first be raised with that giveaway's organizer. sweeply is not a party to individual giveaways and cannot arbitrate their outcomes.
