This Privacy Policy explains what personal data sweeply collects, why, and how you can control it.
Account data you provide (name, email, organizer profile), authentication data via our identity provider, campaign data you create (prize details, winner counts), and, for each campaign, the public Instagram comments and usernames of entrants on the post you specify.
To operate your account and campaigns, run the winner-selection draw, show you campaign history and analytics, communicate service updates, and improve the Service.
We do not sell personal data. We share data with service providers strictly to operate sweeply (hosting, our identity provider for authentication, payment processing for paid plans), and only as required by law.
Campaign and entrant data is retained for as long as your account is active, so you can review campaign history. You can request deletion of your account and associated data at any time - see "Data Deletion Request" below.
Depending on your location, you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data. Contact us at support@sweeeply.com to exercise these rights.
We use industry-standard measures, including encrypted transport and access controls, to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure.
sweeply is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
