These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of sweeply (the "Service"), operated by sweeply ("we", "us", "our"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for all activity under it. You must be old enough to enter into a binding agreement in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
You agree to use sweeply only to run giveaways you are legally entitled to run, on content and comments you have the right to access. You may not use the Service to harass, spam, or scrape data outside of running a giveaway you control.
You retain ownership of the Instagram posts, campaign details, and prize information you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process that content solely to operate the giveaway you configure (importing comments, selecting winners, and displaying results).
sweeply reads publicly available Instagram comment data to run giveaways. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc. Your use of Instagram remains subject to Instagram's own terms.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis. You can cancel at any time from Settings > Billing; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
We may suspend or terminate access to the Service for any account that violates these Terms, misuses the Service, or is required to be removed for legal reasons. You may stop using the Service, and delete your account, at any time.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including disputes with giveaway winners or entrants.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
